The place is organised and has a good offer of materials but most part of the time is really hard to have good service/staff. I would say that apart from the tools and cashier staff, people seem to not want to work. Of course this is the front of the shop I don't know about the back office. After buying an open ink bucket and it falling on my feet people were worried about not getting the floor dirty. The "refunds lady" was the only one worried about me and my shoes. After spending more than half an hour waiting I decided to only get another voucher and ink. Another fantastic experience, with a wood cutter and a driller problem I had to listen that I couldn't change because I used it and I had to explain a few times that I didn't have how to know of the problem if I didn't use it. They refund my products but just the fact that they presume that I'm a big dumb is disgusting and just makes me feel that they are not instructed to do their job.

The staff deserve a 10/10, they are very very good and certainly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was slightly disappointed at the lighting aisles that still kept their lights on, for environmental purposes it would have been ideal to switch them off as the aisle was blocked. We had to queue for 20 mins but the staff were efficient despite the influx of people.

Wow soo beautiful and fashion now. Nicely done! I just hate to say... Your new fidelity program is bad very very very extremely bad... Where Casto is keeping your old system. You gonna lose people.. it is a pity I love to supply here. Edit: I have to respond to people on the fidelity program. Basically before. You got -10% ticket every 1500 EUR. It means at top you have 10% off if you use it only it when you buy for another 1500 EUR. If not you have a lower average discount (e.g. the next purchase you spent 1000 EUR, you got your 10% off (pay 900) but you have to spend more 500 another day without discount to get another -10% ticket - meaning on these 1500 EUR.. you had only 100 EUR off instead of 150 EUR because you did not spend 1500 at once.) If you consider it, the global discount is from 5% off (for 3000 EUR spent in the same year) up to 9% off (for spending 15.000 EUR) This case is reachable only if you use the 10% off ticket every single 1500 EUR. If not the rentability is lower. --------------- Now with the new program, there is not need to optimize the purchase process as it is a fix amount discount. Let's assume you are a Gold / Passion member... (Normal one is even worst). Now every 500 EUR you have a 30 EUR discount ticket. If we take the same example. For spending 3000 EUR the first year, including the first investment, you got 150 EUR off which is 5% off in total. For big buyer, spending 15.000 EUR, you will reach 5,8%... (870 EUR discount ticket) ---------------- So yeah we get the discount more often but with less discount. As a big buyer (Passion member), it feel like a betrayal.

You can't ask for much more, like an American home improvement store (Home Depot etc), if that's what you're hoping to find. Since they're outside the city, they've got the space to have it all. We've found the staff very helpful on our multiple visits there. Had some boards cut. The wait was reasonable, but I suspect it's because we've been on weekday afternoons.

Had a bad experience with cashier, handed 50euro note and she said it was only 20euro I am from ireland and I don't speak French, very disappointed in how it was handled, she counted till and still hesitant to give me correct change, all was sorted in the end with no apology..would advise any English r irish person to watch there money in this store.
